Description：

A. Responsibility
1. Works independently and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues/ employees. 
2. Interprets clients' needs, assessing their full requirements; anticipates solutions to non-standard problems and is capable of implementing and communicating them accordingly. 
3. Maintains orderly work processes by co-coordinating work flow and secures work quality. 
4. Manages own time to meet agreed targets; develops short-term plans for specific work activities, including forecasting resource requirement.


B. Qualification 
Key words: J2EE Database

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above. 
2. 2+ years experience of web based application development. 
3. Good understanding of OO programming. 
4. Familiar with J2EE development. 
5. Familiar with Structs, Spring, James and Hibernate. 
6. Familiar with Oracle or other database. 
7. Strong communication skill, good listening skill, good presentation skill. 
8. Good team work is a must; 
9. Good reading and writing English. 
10. Work independently under high pressure
