eCOM is a world leading provider of B2B and supply chain solutions, helping customers accelerate the business process transformation from traditional paper transfers to electronic transfers. To meet the different customer requirements in various business scenarios, we have developed various applications on the information logistics platform, which is built on the IBM Sterling Commerce data exchange platform, thus providing competitive solutions for different domains. We also provide Value Added Services (VAS) and Electronic Commerce Outsourcing (ECO) services. Under ITAC (Shanghai) Ltd, we also develop and operate the e-marketplace business in the area of B2G2B2B2C such as the WaiGaoQiao e-marketplace.

In 2010, IBM acquired Sterling Commerce for USD $1.4 billion and eCOM has been IBM’s primary business partner since. eCOM has served customers in Financial Services, Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, and e-Port industries, providing more than 14 highly customized industry solutions. eCOM keeps a close cooperation model with IBM, and promotes its core business and explores the market together with IBM.
